Change Management Expert
  • Manage the firm’s priority projects or work streams as assigned, delivering to timescale and budget
  • Defining and documenting the project approach and plan for delivery, detailing deliverables and measures of success
  • Engage and regularly communicate with direct and non-direct stakeholders on the delivery of the project change to ensure support of the change at all levels of the organisation.
  • Provide best practice for the delivery of project change and support the framework for continual improvement in change delivery
  • Assess and monitor key project dependencies, linkages and risks to ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, cost and quality criteria
  • Maximise return on investment by ensuring the change is capable of achieving the expected business benefits defined in the scope
  • Ensure operational and regulatory risks are managed on an ongoing basis and escalated as appropriate for prompt resolution
  • Apply project and change management skills and expertise on projects to help the business achieve the desired change and expected business benefits
  • Map existing and recommended future business processes
  • Previous experience of process improvement / business transformation methodologies is required (including Lean, Theory of Constraints, ITIL, Six sigma, Prince2 or equivalent) and a track record of their practical application.
